The Jungle Villa: Retreat Venue
The Jungle Villa is a fully private 7-bedroom retreat venue set within lush tropical jungle, just a short drive from Ahangama’s beaches, surf breaks, cafés and restaurants.
Designed for groups and retreats, the property combines privacy, comfort and nature with a 16-metre infinity pool, spacious outdoor living areas, a fire-pit lounge and a dedicated yoga shala.
The villa can accommodate groups of up to 17 guests, depending on the sleeping configuration.
Daily housekeeping, 24/7 on-site security and local support are included, while private chefs, transfers, wellness practitioners, surf activities and other retreat services can be arranged on request.
It is an ideal setting for yoga, wellness, surf and private group retreats on Sri Lanka’s South Coast.

The Jungle Villa has a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a large refrigerator, cooking facilities, blender, juicer, espresso machine and filtered drinking water.
Retreat groups are welcome to use the kitchen independently, or we can arrange a private chef and catering service for the duration of the retreat.
Vegetarian and vegan menus can be organised, and dietary requirements can be accommodated when communicated in advance.

The venue is particularly well suited to yoga, wellness, surf and holistic retreats looking for a private tropical setting while remaining close to Ahangama and the South Coast.
Retreat requirements can be discussed individually so that the accommodation, room configuration and additional services are arranged appropriately for each group.
The Jungle Villa offers 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: king-size beds
• Bedrooms 4 and 5: two single beds that can be joined into a king-size bed on request
• Bedrooms 6 and 7: two single beds in each room
All bedrooms include air conditioning, ceiling fans, storage and en-suite bathrooms with hot and cold showers.
The standard bed configuration accommodates 14 guests. Additional sleeping arrangements can be discussed for retreat groups of up to 17 guests.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 have a lower ceiling height than the other rooms.

The Jungle Villa is located on Sri Lanka’s tropical South Coast, surrounded by mature jungle while remaining only a short drive from Ahangama.
The property was designed to preserve and integrate the existing landscape. Established trees were retained wherever possible during its development, creating a setting where the villa, gardens and tropical canopy feel naturally connected.
Guests can spend the day around the 16-metre infinity pool, enjoy meals beneath the trees, practise in the private yoga shala or gather around the sunken fire-pit lounge in the evening.
Ahangama’s beaches, surf breaks, cafés and restaurants are approximately 7–8 minutes away by tuk-tuk or car.
The villa is also well positioned for exploring Sri Lanka’s South Coast, including Weligama, Unawatuna and the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort. Day trips and safaris to destinations such as Yala National Park can also be organised.
