100 Hour Meditation Teacher Training Thailand mit Master

Aktuell sind leider keine Termine verfügbar.
%This transformative journey is designed to deepen your understanding and practice of meditation, while equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent and confident meditation teacher.
%Yoga becomes a journey of self-discovery. Yoga is a path for bringing your body, mind, and soul into harmony and for exploring the spiritual dimension of your being. Yoga is not only about the asanas (postures); it is the journey towards realizing the higher self, the ultimate goal of all life.
%To achieve this realization, one must master the eight limbs of yoga: the Yama’s, Niyama’s, asanas, pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and ultimately Samadhi.
%These 12 days will be a healing and transforming process, and you will be able to meditate regularly with positive results, and you will be able to share meditations with others. Advait Yoga's meditation retreat is transforming the experience for the participants.
%There will be daily practice of various meditation techniques, yoga classes, pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Shatkriyas, and yoga philosophy. You also get benefits like a healthy body, sound mind, sharpened focus, and a kind heart. There is no hostility or competition. It is all about breaking through the limits that you have set in your mind.
%These limits are the reason that stops you from reaching your real potential. Feel the energy flow through you. In this age of advanced technology, human beings have lost touch with inner silence, the source of real happiness.
%You constantly seek to escape from yourselves rather than time spent silently connecting with yourselves. You are flooded by advertising messages that tell you joy is to be found by owning expensive objects in the external world. The sacred has been deleted from the world and replaced with false mirages of happiness that keep people stuck in an illusory hypnotic trance.

-Pranayama
%Pranayama is usually defined as breath control. Although this interpretation may seem perfect given the practices involved, it does not convey the whole meaning of the term. Pranayama has two roots: 'Prana' plus 'Ayama' means 'vital energy or 'life force.' It is the force that lives in all things, whether animate or inanimate. Whereas closely related to the air you breathe, it is more subtle than air or oxygen.
%Therefore, pranayama should not be treated as a mere breathing exercise to bring extra oxygen into the lungs. Eight main pranayama and preparatory breathing techniques will be practiced. These eight pranayama are prescribed in the ancient Hatha texts of Hatha Pradipika:
-Ujjayi
%Audible warrior breath. Inhale for four counts through both nostrils and exhale through the left nostril by closing the right nostril with the right thumb for eight counts. Do ten rounds without retention.
-Surya bandana (The Sun Breath)
%Inhale through the right nostril by closing off the left nostril with the right ring finger for four counts and exhale for 8 counts by closing off the right nostril with the right thumb.
-Chandra Bhedana
%Moon breath. Inhale through the left nostril by closing off the right nostril with the right thumb for four counts, and exhale for eight counts by closing off the left nostril with the right ring finger.
%After good practice with the breath ratio of one inhale: two exhales. Bring in retention as one inhale: one retention: two exhales. Apply retention by closing off both nostrils at the end of an inhale, then drop chin to chest, start counting, lift the chin, and release the nostril for the exhale.
-Sitali
%Cooling breath, rolling the tongue into a tube and sticking the tongue out, inhale for four counts. Exhale with an audible breath through the nostrils for a count of eight. One can do this breath without retention with a ratio of one inhale: two exhale.
%After good practice with the breath ratio of one inhale: two exhales. Bring in retention as one inhale: one retention: two exhales. Apply retention by closing off both nostrils at the end of an inhale, then drop chin to chest, start counting, lift the chin, and release the nostril for the exhale.
-Sitkari
%If you cannot roll your tongue into a tube, practice Sitkari. Close the upper and lower rows of the teeth and place the tongue against the back of the top row of teeth. Inhale for four counts and exhale with an audible breath through the nostrils for a count of eight.
%One can do this breath without retention with a ratio of one inhale: two exhales. After good practice with the breath ratio of 1 inhale: 2 exhale. Bring in retention as one inhale: one retention: two exhales.
%Apply retention by closing off both nostrils at the end of an inhale, then drop chin to chest, start counting, lift the chin, and release the nostril for the exhale.
-Brahmari: The humming breath
%Sit straight in a comfortable position, with closed eyes and mouth. Inhale with an audible breath and exhale with a humming sound that resonates in the entire skull cavity. Repeat this breath for 11 rounds.
-Bhastrika, Murcha, Plavini
%This is advanced pranayama that needs to be prescribed by an experienced teacher to an advanced practitioner.
-Mantra chanting
%Sound can have an impressive effect on humans, animals, and nature. Mystics said when there was nothing in the universe, only sound existed. In deep meditation, one can hear this sound; many call it Om. Music was born out of this universal sound Om.
%Mantra chanting can heal the body and calm the mind when chanted correctly alone or in a group. Music can enrich the experience of chanting. Shatkriyas, Mudras, Bandhas, and yoga philosophy classes are included in the retreat. There will also be pranayama and meditation in nature.
