Donna Williams

I'm Donna and I'm your ride or die wellbeing bestie here to make sure you're elevating your health and wellbeing and wielding your feminine power with benevolence and grace.  Born to parents of wanderlust and distant gypsy blood I grew up traveling around Australia, going to multiple schools and reinventing myself over and over again.  It's no wonder I then spent half my life in the humanitarian world living in some of the toughest places on earth, taking yoga with me wherever I went, teaching on roof tops and in war zones.

I’ve been coaching and mentoring women for more than two decades, focusing on the intertwining of health, relationships and living a life of meaning. I specifically mentor and guide women through transformational moments within their own lives and as change makers creating wildly transformative impact on the world we live in.

Originally trained as a Sports Scientist in Australia, today I continue to be guided by modern science as well as the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga and sound healing, and my retreats gracefully weave both worlds together, supporting you to tune more deeply into your own inner knowing and heart wisdom to guide you on your path towards a glorious life.

When I'm not on my mat you'll find me at home in the Swiss alps, hiking mountains with my little Aussie shepherd Bouddi-heart.

What's on paper

I have a Bachelor degree in Health / Sport Science and Human Movement, and post graduate studies in peace building, conflict resolution and meditation as well as a Masters in Environmental Governance.

I completed my 200 Yoga Teacher Training and additional modules with the incredible Eoin Finn of the Blissology movement and still feel very much part of this tribe connecting yoga, people and the planet together.

I've also studied and practiced extensively with Bryan Kest completing his training immersion on working with issues and injuries, studied an entire module on the spine with Tiffany Cruikshank and Katy Appleton and am trained in the Madhuri Method as a qualified Ayurveda Yoga teacher. I also studied a fantastic module on adjustments with the wonderful Janet Stone.

I'm also a certified performance coach with thousands of hours of experiencing coaching and mentoring women in both business and wellbeing.
